RIP OFF HIS HEART
-
As soon as the ridiculous character arrives, the bully called 'I', his clumsy henchmen also arrive: lies, fiction, frivolous personal stories, non-authenticity, false mental associations, obsessive thoughts, toxic internal dialogues, presumption, embarrassment, arrogance, shame, sadness, victimhood, guilt, heaviness, stress, restlessness, instability, frenzy, apprehension.
Usually you recognize the henchmen but not the instigator.
You do not realize that as soon as you let in the 'I', that is the impostor, his partner in crime also automatically enter.
Usually in spiritual schools, they teach you - if they really teach you - the longest way, the most socially tolerable one and SPIRITUALLY ACCEPTABLE, that of negotiating with his partner in crime (expectation, anxiety, stress, discontent, mood swings).
The quick way, the most effective but toughest, is to face the Boss with a hard face.
This direct way is what ordinary people avoid because they are totally identified with the inner impostor; defend the impostor and come down to negotiations with his partners in crime.
Those who have really faced the inner impostor are few.
Few have the courage to question a life completely centered on their ego; and if they do, they only question some parts of themselves, the less cumbersome ones, the less visible ones; they face their little partner in crime, and not the principal, their sense of self.
Few have the balls to rip off the heart of their pseudo-identity.
Love, compassion, brotherhood, humanity ... all crap to avoid rip off the heart of your ridiculous character once and for all!
